Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients via phone and email to generate leads.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client eligibility.
  • Collect, organize, and manage case documentation.
  • Schedule and follow up on client appointments.
  • Assist in drafting and filing legal documents.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to build trust and enhance the company’s reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment is an advantage.
  • Personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher) with at least 10 Mbps internet speed.
  • Willingness to work US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
