Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via phone and email to generate leads.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client eligibility.
- Collect, organize, and manage case documentation.
- Schedule and follow up on client appointments.
- Assist in drafting and filing legal documents.
- Provide outstanding customer service to build trust and enhance the company’s reputation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
- Previous experience in a legal environment is an advantage.
- Personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher) with at least 10 Mbps internet speed.
- Willingness to work US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
